Terms and Conditions – Balanced Biz Mama Circle Giveaway

Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is The Creative VA Services, operating as The Balanced Business Mama, ABN 30 827954 964.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must complete the entry form available on the Balanced Biz Mama website. Entries open at 12:00 PM AEDT on 13 January 2025 and close at 7:00 PM AEDT on 20th January 2025.

Sharing and tagging on Facebook and Instagram is encouraged but does not constitute a valid entry unless the entry form is completed.

Limit of one (1) entry per person.

Prize Details

Three (3) winners will each receive 12 months of free access to the Balanced Biz Mama Circle.

If a winner has already signed up and paid for the Early Bird Pricing, they will receive an additional 12 months free on top of the three months already purchased.

Total prize value per winner is AU$1,188, with a total prize pool of AU$3,564.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection

Winners will be drawn at random from valid entries on 21st January 2025.

Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw.

If a winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Use of Personal Information

By entering, participants consent to the promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the giveaway and announcing the winners. The promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found at [privacy policy].

General Conditions

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the prize.
